How it works

1. Choose your package.
Pick the option that suits your business and complete your purchase. All packages are paid upfront — no hidden costs, no surprises later. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll be in touch with your place in the queue and an estimated start date.
2. Complete your brief
You’ll receive a short questionnaire. This is where you tell us about your business and supply your content — logo, photos, and copy — all in one place.
3. We build your site
Once we have everything we need, we get to work. Your site will be built on WordPress using a professional template tailored to your business.
4. Review, refine, and launch
You’ll receive a preview link to review your site. Two rounds of revisions are included. Once you’re happy, we hand over your site along with a personalised video walkthrough so you know exactly how to manage it.

Your content
All the text for your site — written, proofread, and ready to place. We don’t write copy, but we do make it look great.
Your logo
In PNG or SVG format with a transparent background if possible. Not sure? Your designer or printer will know what this means.
Your photos
Any images you want on your site — product shots, team photos, location images. The better the photos, the better your site will look.
No photos yet? No problem. Add our Stock Image Pack ($49) and we’ll source professional, licensed images that suit your brand and industry.
Your brand colours
If you have specific brand colours, supply them as HEX codes or reference an example of where they’re used.

The fine print
No jargon. No surprises. Just what you need to know.
Payment
All packages are paid in full upfront before work begins. We accept payment by credit card or bank transfer. Prices shown are in NZD and exclude GST.
Scheduling
Packages are completed in the order they are received. Upon payment, you will be advised of your place in the current queue and an estimated start date. During busy periods, there may be a wait before work begins on your project. We’ll always keep you informed of your expected start date and any changes to it.
Turnaround time
Work begins once we’ve received your completed brief and all supplied assets. From that point, allow up to 10 working days for your first preview. Turnaround time depends on how quickly you provide your content — the sooner we have everything, the sooner you’re online.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included with every package. A revision round is your opportunity to request changes to the existing design — it isn’t a redesign or a change of direction. Additional revision rounds can be requested at $75 per round.
Content & assets
You are responsible for supplying all written content, your logo, and any photos or images. Work will not begin until all required assets are received. We take no responsibility for errors in content supplied by the client.
Ownership
Once your site is complete and payment has been received in full, the website is yours. We’ll hand over full access to your WordPress dashboard.
What’s not included
These packages don’t include copywriting, logo design, graphic design, email setup, ongoing maintenance, plugin licences beyond those required for the build, or search engine marketing of any kind.
Domain & Hosting
If you’ve chosen the domain and hosting add-on, your domain and hosting account will be registered in your name. Annual renewal is $120 and will be invoiced each year. You may transfer your hosting to another provider at any time.

Do I need to have everything ready before I order?
Not necessarily. You can place your order and get in the queue first, then use the time before your start date to get your content, logo, and photos together. We’ll send you our content checklist to help. Work won’t begin until we have everything we need, so it pays to be prepared.
How long will my website take?
Once we have your completed brief and all your assets, allow up to 10 working days for your first preview. How quickly you supply your content has the biggest impact on turnaround time.
What if I don’t have a logo yet?
No problem — add our Starter Logo Package ($199) and we’ll design one to match your new site. Prefer to sort your own? That’s fine too — just have it ready before your start date.
What if I don’t have photos?
No problem. Add our Stock Image Pack ($49) and we’ll source professional, licensed images that suit your brand and industry.
Can I upgrade my package or get something more custom?
If you outgrow your want2be package or need something more bespoke — custom design, advanced functionality, or full branding — visit us at hellobedesign.com. We’d love to help you get there.
What happens after my site is handed over?
You’ll receive full access to your WordPress dashboard along with a personalised video walkthrough. From that point, the site is yours to manage. Ongoing maintenance and support aren’t included in these packages, but we can discuss options if needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Because work is scheduled and resources are allocated upon payment, we don’t offer refunds once a project has been queued. If you have concerns before your start date, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Is my website going to look like everyone else’s?
We use professional WordPress templates as a starting point, but each site is tailored to your content, colours, and logo. No two sites end up looking the same.
What does the price exclude?
All prices exclude GST. Packages don’t include copywriting, logo design, photography, email setup, or ongoing maintenance. See our full list in The Fine Print above.
